Regional Engineering Director

Industry teams empower our sales teams and partners to deliver relevant solutions to customers in the financial services sector.



We are seeking a highly motivated individual to partner with our FSI team and have impact across product engineering teams, top-tier banks, account teams, marketing teams, communication teams, and our FSI subject matter experts.



Qualifications

A strong technology leader with experience of building, supporting, and delivering technology solutions within the financial services industry



Deep experience in sales to top-tier banks and financial institutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer interactions



Executive maturity and experience working with senior leaders



Exceptional messaging and communication skills



Strong cross-group collaboration skills and ability to drive coordination across stakeholders



Adaptability in fast-paced environments and ability to adapt plans and approach in real-time



Confidence under pressure, especially within tight timelines



Skilled at prioritization, creating order, and marshalling resources towards achieving goals



A growth mindset of continuous learning rather than knowing



Responsibilities

Engage key customers to drive technical conversations at a senior level with support from engineering and industry leaders



Expected to be familiar with FSI core systems, including limitations, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and security



Run a rhythm with the FSI Team to gather information on customers' business challenges and engineering gaps



In partnership with the FSI Partner Strategy Lead and Solutions Lead, work with key partners to understand their business and technical challenges



Coordinate and manage all customer/partner escalations directed towards the CVP and CTO needing work with engineering teams



Support and coach account teams on customer visits to the Executive Briefing Center where the FSI team is involved
