Sales and Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Optometrists with pre-testing tasks.
  • Provide frame styling advice to customers.
  • Dispense glasses with various lens options.
  • Bulk the rapport with customers and create a memorable experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certification in Dispensing (Cert IV) is highly desired but not essential.

Skills Required:
  • Practical abilities: Minimum 3 months of optical experience and retail/customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
