Technical Specialist Position

Overview: This is a technical specialist role that involves handling escalations from level 2 teams, solving complex technical problems across modern infrastructure, and contributing to business-as-usual and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary escalation point for all high-priority incidents
  • Resolve level 3 technical issues and communicate with clients and service teams
  • Provide deskside support and onsite visits to various clients (scheduled and reactive)
  • Support applications, networks, phones, security, and infrastructure for clients
  • Collaborate and escalate level 3 issues to senior system administrators or team leads

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical support experience, preferably in IT services
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Team player with strong listening, feedback processing, and knowledge sharing abilities
