Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Compliance Risk Management Program by collecting data, documenting, and performing basic analysis.
  2. Assist in the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment process by gathering information and tracking progress as a project manager.
  3. Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams to document risk assessments and control inventories.
  4. Maintain and update compliance control documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
  5. Roll out horizon scanning activities with key stakeholders.
  6. Prepare management information reports and basic metrics for compliance risk insights.
  7. Provide project management support for the regulatory mapping roadmap, including task tracking, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  8. Compile AI projects for the team and translate them into BRDs where possible.
  9. Perform other administrative tasks to support the Compliance Risk Management team as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
  2. Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
  3. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
