Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Submissions
  • Deliver timely and accurate regulatory submissions to support product registration and maintenance activities.
  • Data Management
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate company databases and systems by drafting, reviewing, and verifying entries.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes, and provide regulatory advice to colleagues as required.
  • Training and Development
  • Stay current with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, and adhere to company values and expectations.
  • Project Support
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional collaboration to support submissions and projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Chemistry.
  • Experience
  • At least two years' experience in regulatory affairs, ideally with prescription medicines.
  • Skills
  • Understanding of local and international regulatory guidelines; excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
  • Teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others to achieve goals within specified timeframes.
  • Eligibility
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
