About the Role

As an Audio Campaign Specialist, you'll work closely with our Promotions Manager to create and activate innovative campaigns originating from content sales and marketing teams. Your goal will be to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings, and meet the marketing and communications objectives of all client briefs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop a solid understanding of Star 101.9 and 4MK's programming and marketing objectives and commercial sales goals.
  • Source and fulfill prizes for the station, including winner coordination & communication.
  • Design, create, and implement Client and Content lead campaigns that are on brand, on time, and in budget.
  • Support the Promotions Manager in planning, setting up, activating, and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
  • Work cohesively with the Content/Sales Teams to craft the overall listener experience of your campaigns striving for creative excellence.
  • Regularly meet with the team to discuss opportunities, ideas, and communicate upcoming campaigns during Promotions meetings.
  • Assist with writing and valuing proactive promotional proposals and reactive responses for sponsorship.
  • Support community engagement by representing the brand at local events and working directly with listeners to create positive experiences.
  • Assist with managing social media updates for events and promotions, helping to drive audience participation and keep listeners informed.
About You

We're looking for someone with a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus.
