Medical Workforce Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
The Medical Workforce Recruitment Team at Alfred Health is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support for medical staff, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and processing appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top medical talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment services
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing
- Process appointments and ensure seamless onboarding for new medical staff
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and systems
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, ER, or Management (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a focus on health or medical recruitment (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, high-volume, and fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Talent Management Systems
- Superior communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- Pragmatic and confident in liaising with diverse stakeholders
- High degree of attention to detail and professionalism with the ability to analyze and problem-solve
