Job Summary

The Cook is at the heart of our restaurant operations.

You will be responsible for preparing fresh and delicious food, problem-solving, and contributing to vibrant Mexican flavours. This role offers opportunities to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our guests.

  • Kitchen experience is highly valued but not essential.
  • Successful candidates will be open to coaching, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort.
  • 'Can do' attitude and reliability are expected.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous kitchen experience preferred.
