Job SummaryThis is an opportunity for a seasoned Return to Work specialist to join our team in leading the development of rehabilitation and return to work strategies across the organization.
About the Role- Contribute to the overall purpose, strategy and direction of our injury management and return to work services.
- Develop and drive standards of rehabilitation and return to work practice across our operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve rehabilitation and return to work approaches and capability within the organization.
- Drive the development of a high-performing claims management service through strategic planning and project implementation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operating models.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends, research, and best practices in rehabilitation and return to work.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of return to work programs and implement improvements as needed.
- Tertiary qualifications in medical or allied health.
- Registration with relevant professional associations.
- Prior experience working in the rehabilitation industry or similar fields.
Australian citizenship, character clearance, employee health declaration, and six months probationary period are also required for this role.
