Leading Site Operations Manager

This role will oversee the delivery of maintenance programs and project requirements across designated sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure resources, systems, and processes support efficient work execution.
- Lead a workforce fostering a culture of safety, performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational values.
- Manage stakeholder expectations to meet KPIs and program deliverables.
- Monitor and report on performance, compliance, and contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support workforce development through talent planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a multi-functional workforce in maintenance or project environments.
- Strong background in coordinating maintenance, overhauls, repairs, and project delivery.
- Solid understanding of workforce planning, rostering, operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead performance improvement initiatives and support workforce development.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging staff, unions, internal teams, and external bodies.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
