Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, supervision, and installation of products.

The role involves working with a range of materials, including mild and stainless steels, aluminum, brass, timber, and glass. You will also be required to interpret technical drawings and follow specific instructions.

  • Working with various materials in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpreting technical drawings and following detailed instructions
  • Fabrication and installation of products to meet customer requirements
  • Supervising and coordinating projects to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components according to specifications
  • Installation: Placing and fixing fabricated parts in their correct positions
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and safety
  • Project Management: Coordinating tasks and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments to achieve project objectives

Requirements

  • Trade Certificate: Engineering - Fabrication Trade Certificate III (or equivalent)
  • General Induction 'white' Card
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Drivers licence (preferred)
