1. Receiving incoming calls and ensuring they are handled efficiently
2. Processing telephone bookings, creating job cards, and arranging loan cars for clients
3. Welcoming, directing, and announcing customers on the showroom floor
4. Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom and other areas for clients
5. Providing excellent communication through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions
6. Undertaking various administrative duties
