About the Role

The Regional Lead is responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers in the region.

To achieve this, the ideal candidate will foster strong client relationships, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), before, during and after engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a trusted partnership with Salesforce in the region to drive growth and expansion.
  • Promote business development initiatives across existing and new accounts, identifying opportunities for improvement and revenue generation.
  • Manage customer engagements effectively, providing pre-sales expertise on specific deals and ensuring project success in terms of revenue, margin and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Collaborate closely with customers and Carnac project managers to deliver projects efficiently and align with the project methodology.
  • Spend time with customers to identify areas for enhancement, resulting in additional revenue contribution to VISEO.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, comfortable working with diverse teams at various levels within an organization, including senior leadership, and possess excellent organizational abilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a large consulting environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce as Lead or Project Manager.
  • 6+ years of prior experience leading projects built on integration platforms, preferably Salesforce or any CRM technology/platform.
  • Expertise in business development, managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and effective communication (verbal and written).
  • Business operations knowledge, including invoicing, SOWs, margins, and utilization.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and demonstrate excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional market conditions.
