This role is perfect for someone who loves working with customers and providing an unforgettable buying experience. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their journey with energy, empathy, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chat with customers across various channels, handling every question with a friendly attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date on car brands, models, and features to provide expert advice.
  • Be a trusted guide, offering advice at the right moments and resolving potential issues promptly.
  • Maintain high team spirit by taking ownership of every interaction, following up, and closing the loop.
