A well-established SME in Brookvale seeks a skilled Administrative Assistant to support their team.

Job Description

This role offers a mix of Accounts and Admin duties, providing flexibility and variety within a friendly & supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the General Manager with PA responsibilities
  • Handling Accounts and general office Admin duties
  • Managing Home Warranty Insurance process
  • Documentation of works in line with required legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • MYOB Accounting system experience
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
