Food Service Ambassador

We're looking for a vibrant and passionate individual to join our team in Australia's beautiful rainforest. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish.
This role requires excellent time management skills and a strong focus on health and safety. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests, who are often enjoying thrilling zip line or exciting walks over the canopy of the rainforest.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our food and beverage department. This includes preparing and cooking all food within the kitchen, making hot and cold beverages, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
- Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
