Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and service excellence across customer sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert technical assistance, performing scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.

  • Install, remove, upgrade, modify, and change games on gaming equipment at customer sites.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, including sophisticated system faults, and perform repair work as needed.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally to meet customer expectations and SLA requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with venue staff and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collect and report all activities using Aristocrat's field service management tools.
  • Ensure real-time data entry and 100% accuracy of service records, tasks, and inventory.
  • Record all part usage and ensure returns are completed according to ATA's SLA and compliance standards.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically minded and customer-focused, with a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance, perform scheduled tasks, and troubleshoot issues on-site.

Collaborate with Venue Staff: Work closely with venue staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Manage Field Service Activities: Collect and report all activities using Aristocrat's field service management tools and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Comply with Company Policies: Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.
