Children's Caregiver

We're seeking enthusiastic and engaging professionals to join our team as primary aged children's caregivers. As a caregiver, you'll be responsible for supervising and supporting a group of children, preparing and serving healthy food options, and building meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
About the Role- Supervise and support a group of primary aged children in a fun, safe, and compliant environment.
- Prepare and serve healthy food options to meet the dietary needs of the children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.
- Nurture a positive environment for learning and enriching play-based educational experiences.
- You are an enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships.
- You have completed, are actively studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent.
- You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain).
- You have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or are willing to obtain).
- You have availability on weekdays and/or school holidays.
- No weekend work.
- Split shift allowances paid for when working Before School Care & After School Care, or if you have a team meeting unattached to a shift.
- Career growth and development via internal promotion and study pathway options.
- Access to subsidised Diploma qualifications for eligible staff.
- You will be paid for your onboarding and continuing professional training and development.
- Learning specialists in your state to support you with your growth.
- Support from your Service Coordinator, Regional Manager, and the leadership team.
