Experienced Contract Administrator for Prestigious Residential Builds

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team in Osborne Park. As a key member of our administration process, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with clients throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee the entire administration process, including liaising with clients during construction.
- Client Onboarding: Conduct initial meetings with clients to discuss their project requirements.
- Material Selection: Assist clients in selecting materials and colours for their builds.
- Contractual Documentation: Prepare and organise contractual documents for each project.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the build process.
- Project Handover: Arrange handover meetings with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the residential building industry.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
