Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Alliance Airlines. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of maintenance tasks on our fleet of aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely perform all assigned duties and ensure maintenance certification is carried out in line with company AMO authorisation and approved maintenance data.
- Report defects promptly and maintain regular communication with the direct supervisor, ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Perform aircraft ground handling and running duties as required and approved.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment, and ensure compliant handling of parts, tooling, and personal equipment according to Engineering Work Instructions.
- Accurately record maintenance and certification activities in line with company procedures, including timely updates to the AMO electronic timesheet system.
- Ensure compliance with all training requirements and document duties in the individual competency record

Requirements:
- CASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer Licence with B1 rating
- Extensive experience in an aviation environment, preferably airline maintenance
- High-level communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team-focused environment
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Well-developed computing skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience with aircraft types maintained by the AMO
- Ability to prioritise tasks, take initiative, and maintain a focus on safety and accuracy
