Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Special Education Program to drive improvements in educational outcomes for students with disability.
  • Supporting the Principal in delivering our educational vision and deputising when required.
  • Embedding socially just practices and fostering a culture of inclusion and high expectations.
  • Building and sustaining positive partnerships with parents, agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Managing the human, financial, and physical resources of the SEP to achieve organisational goals.
