About the Role

You will be reporting to the Director of Product Management, assisting the engineering team by managing, coordinating, and overseeing project management activities. Key functions include:

• Managing, coordinating, and overseeing all project management activities allocated to you while identifying and driving new opportunities to reduce the time delivering product to market.
• Organizing, directing, monitoring, and controlling project tasks across Request for Engineering Services (REQs and ESVs), Product Changes (PCR) and New Product Developments (NPD) projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Developing project plans while tracking, resource planning, reporting, and communicating with key stakeholders across the business, identifying any roadblocks.
• Proactively looking for opportunities and driving streamlining processes to support the business to work effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will bring:

• Experience within technical project management, including hands-on planning, resource management, and reporting.
• Worked in multiple projects concurrently, ideally using a stage-gate process.
• Confident communication skills, able to present to management and international stakeholders if required.
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation, driven to achieve results.
• Formal training in Project Management and experience with PM software (MS Project, Wrike, or similar).
• While not essential, tertiary education in engineering, business, or marketing would be well regarded as would a certification as a PMP (Project Management Professional).
