We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our Sportspower Norwood Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and fashion and be eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members. Your exceptional communication skills will ensure unforgettable shopping experiences, while your ability to perform all retail floor functions will make you an asset to our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding store sales targets and other KPIs, while maintaining high standards around store operations, including cleanliness and safety. You will also have the opportunity to work with premium products and brands, be part of Zorich Group training events, and enjoy a range of benefits and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members
  • Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs
  • Maintain high standards around store operations, including cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
  • Available to work late nights
  • Available to work Saturday and Sundays and some public holidays
