Enerven, a leading provider of electrical, telecommunications, and renewable infrastructure solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager (Electrical) to join their Substation Construction department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of electrical infrastructure projects.
  2. Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and leadership to construction crews, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  3. Quality and Safety Management: Implement and maintain WHS, Environmental, and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  4. Customer and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain key customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  5. Performance Management: Coordinate and manage the overall performance of the work group, focusing on productivity, financial performance, employee commitment, customer service, and compliance.

About You:

  1. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in heavy industrial electrical infrastructure construction projects, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems.
  2. Technical Expertise: Specific experience in the construction of substations and/or renewable projects is highly advantageous.
  3. Certifications and Licenses: Current SA Electrical Trade Certificate or Current SA Electrical worker registration, and a Current South Australian Drivers Licence.
