**Key Responsibilities**

As a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in PC software and administration tasks
- Level 2 First Aid and CPR certification
