Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide care and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively to enhance the lives of people we support, ensuring they have access to opportunities that promote their independence and well-being.

This role involves providing sensitive and understanding support, while being empathetic and having strong interpersonal skills.

To be successful in this role, you will require flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements for manual handling tasks.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly regarded.
