We are seeking a skilled Gardening Professional to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Performing tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
  • Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and caring for turf areas.
  • Preparing soil, mulch, and plant beds.
  • Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment.
  • Adhering to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

Requirements

Requirements Include:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • White Card.
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
