We're seeking a Development Manager to join our Brisbane team, supporting a Master Planned Community project in the early stages of development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing project feasibility, including single-stage, multi-stage, and JV models
  • Establishing and managing budgets and cash flows accurately
  • Negotiating and finalizing agreements
  • Reviewing and managing development programs and briefs
  • Understanding the planning system and obtaining development approvals
  • Providing recommendations on legal, regulatory, and industry matters
  • Identifying and managing risks and opportunities to optimize outcomes
  • Communicating the bigger picture and new business opportunities

You'll be a professionally qualified Development Manager with experience working on residential projects, ideally with delivery of Master Planned Community projects.
