A leading commercial landscaping company in Australia is seeking a skilled labourer to join their team.

This company has over 350 staff nationally and has been operating for over three decades, exceeding client expectations through attention to detail.

  • Adhere to project plans to meet client expectations.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the site supervisor to ensure timely project completion.
  • Suggest changes to improve project outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Work with the team to advise clients on maintaining plants and equipment.
  • Lead team members when required to meet deadlines.
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience as a landscaping labourer is essential, with a sound knowledge of structures.
  • Be physically fit for heavy lifting and have great knowledge of native plants.
  • Possess clear communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Hold a construction white card.
  • Have a strong focus on safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be physically fit, and possess excellent communication skills. A construction white card is also required.
