Residential Valuer

We have a new opportunity available for a skilled valuer to develop their career in the valuation industry.

This role will be located in the Western and South Western Sydney areas.

Working with state-of-the-art proprietary property software enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture.

We have significant work volume, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.

A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • Valuation status
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Valuation Work:

  • Carry out on-site valuations of residential properties in accordance with Australian Standard 1715
  • Prepare detailed written reports of valuations conducted

Client Management:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other parties to ensure successful completion of projects
