About the OpportunityThis Speech Pathologist role is part of our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver holistic and client-centered services. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality speech therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants, with opportunities to work with private clients as well.
- Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Working with clients to set achievable goals that support them to function more independently.
We offer a comprehensive package including:
- A generous remuneration package, estimated at $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexibility with work hours, without weekend or public holiday work.
- Ongoing clinical mentoring and continuing education program tailored to your level of experience.
- Weekly learning interactions with experienced allied health professionals.
- Career pathways with a promote-from-within culture.
- $1000 annual allowance towards professional development and 2 days of study leave.
- Social events calendar with your team, including monthly 'Fun Fridays'.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) or approved equivalent.
- Full SPA registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
