Finance Process and Data Specialist

This is a mid-to-senior level position within our Finance Performance Improvement Team. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the formulation of rules, policies, frameworks, procedures, and guidelines governing financial systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-5 years experience in financial analysis, process improvements data analytics or related field with a proven track record in driving process improvements and cost saving initiatives. Advanced proficiency in data and process mapping tools analysis tools and techniques such as Visio, Power Query, SQL, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) or Tableau is also required.

In this role, you will work closely with other key stakeholders in the design, development and implementation of FBSC reporting and analytics. You will also be responsible for optimising processes, reducing costs and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models and analytical tools to support business decisions
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Advanced graduate degree or relevant certification (e.g. PowerPlatform, Six Sigma, Lean, PowerBI, CPA, Oracle, SQL, PowerQuery)
  • At least 3-5 years experience in financial analysis, process improvements data analytics or related field
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $115,042 to $129,573 per annum
  • Ongoing full-time appointment
