Cloud Security Program Manager

At Amazon, we are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our personnel security programs and team. As a Personnel Security Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our employees supporting sensitive programs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and inclusive team, where you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security clearance frameworks, establish mechanisms for personnel security clearance management, and drive innovation and continuous improvement in our personnel security programs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the Personnel Security team.
- Devise strategies and mechanisms to securely onboard and offboard program staff.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve security clearance frameworks that align with the evolving demands of our business.
- Establish and maintain mechanisms for personnel security clearance management requirements.
- Interface regularly with AWS stakeholders and customers to support activities, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Australia-based candidates are eligible for an estimated salary of AU$160,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
