A highly sought-after role is available for an accomplished nursing professional to join our academic team as a Lecturer in Nursing. About the Role

This position involves developing and delivering high-quality education across Master's or undergraduate nursing programs. You will contribute to curriculum development, engage in scholarly research, and foster strong partnerships with industry to enhance the student experience and program growth in both face-to-face and online modes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering engaging and relevant teaching materials for nursing students
  • Contributing to curriculum development and review processes
  • Fostering strong partnerships with industry stakeholders to enhance student experiences and program growth
  • Supervising honours and postgraduate students
  • Engaging in scholarly research aligned with institutional priorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • An undergraduate nursing degree and a Master's qualification with recent post-registration clinical experience
  • Registration as a Nurse (Division 1) in Australia, with evidence of meeting NMBA Recency of Practice registration standards
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or ability to complete within 12 months
  • Proven ability in nursing education, including course material writing and teaching in clinical and academic fields
