About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our Worldwide Public Sector team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding public sector clients through their cloud transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their cloud needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead complex IT/technical/platform programs from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale IT/technical/platform programs.
  • Prior experience working with or managing large technical programs at tier 1 companies and/or government agencies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience implementing AWS services.
  • Thorough understanding of software development/engineering lifecycle.
  • AWS or other cloud certifications.
