About the Midwife RoleCasual midwives are sought to join the maternity unit team.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out and attend to responsibilities outlined for the registered nurse/midwife.
- Work predominantly in our maternity unit, across all maternity streams including antenatal, postnatal, birth suite, women's surgical unit, and special care nursery.
- AHPRA registration is required.
- Demonstrated competence in patient-centered care and problem-solving skills at an advanced level.
- Ability to develop and meet operational objectives.
- Sound judgment in ethical, clinical, and management issues.
- Australian working rights.
