We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for medical equipment at customer sites.

About the Job:

  • You will be the primary technical representative for our company's medical equipment products.
  • Responsible for the technical assessment, installation, support, servicing, maintenance, and de-installation of all medical equipment at customer sites.
  • Work closely with the Field Service and Technical Service teams to help coordinate feedback with the Marketing, Quality, Production, and Engineering groups to continually evaluate the performance of products in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to physicians or technologists during a clinical procedure.
  • Troubleshoot problems and technically diagnose medical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to ensure effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Engineering discipline.
  • Ability to apply engineering principles such as electrical, mechanical, thermodynamic, and biomedical to troubleshooting without complete technical documentation.
  • Experience with mapping systems.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently including possible international locations.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and without direct supervision.
