About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Developer to lead our Denim category.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor your Product team to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
  • Prioritise and manage product development timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products to market.
  • Collaborate with Buying and Product teams to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and fittings to ensure our products meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree or qualification in a relevant field such as Fashion or Textiles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions that drive business success.
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
