Junior/Senior Landscaping Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our landscape construction team as a junior/senior team member. The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening, landscaping, and outdoor construction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in the landscaping industry. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced landscapers to design and build beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the installation of landscape features such as gardens, paths, patios, retaining walls, and irrigation systems
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow detailed construction plans and work with the team to bring designs to life
- Collaborate with other landscapers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Keep the work site clean, tidy, and well-organized
Key skills and qualifications:
- Passion for gardening, landscaping, and outdoor construction
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
