**Job Overview**

This role will be based at our Frenchs Forest location and will oversee software implementation and release for the ATM network, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless software implementation and release.
  • Oversee software implementation and releases for the ATM network, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
  • Remote deployment and building of gold disk software images for technician use in reloading software on the ATM Network.
  • Provide software support to the ATM Test Team by loading software onto ATMs and assisting with issues.
  • Suggest improvements and automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (mainly Win10).
  • Experience in at least one scripting language.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work from various sites as required.
  • Willingness to learn the complex work of ATMs, banking, and the interaction between hardware and software.
