Incident Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Palantir's product and delivery ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce operational overhead and enhance incident response.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure timely and efficient resolution of mission-critical incidents.

- Experience with scripting, automation, or data analysis is a plus.
What We Require
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel to other Palantir locations on occasion.
