As a key member of our centralized team, you will be responsible for managing critical outages and ensuring the stability of our products. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to triage, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of complex issues. You will work closely with customer-facing, product, and infrastructure teams to develop and deploy scalable, reliable software for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Palantir's product and delivery ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce operational overhead and enhance incident response.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure timely and efficient resolution of mission-critical incidents.

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
