Troocoo is partnering with a leading player in the automotive insurance industry to fill an administrator position in one of their local offices located in Enoggera QLD.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large business, working Monday to Friday from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm, close to public transport or with limited onsite parking available.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their services.
  • Collaborate professionally with operators and vendors to ensure mutual understanding of next steps.
  • Schedule vehicle bookings for repairs and coordinate with mechanics and customers.
  • Follow up with dissatisfied customers and handle complaints effectively.
  • Manage all aspects of services throughout the fulfillment process, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, administrative duties, and support for various teams.

We are looking for an administrative and customer service professional who thrives in a busy environment. You will take pride in your high level of attention to detail and demonstrate ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with a calm and professional approach, applying problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who contributes positively to colleagues and organizational goals.
  • Committed to working at least 3 months with a minimum of 38 hours per week.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
