JV Recruitment is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Labourer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Forklift Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting trades on site, working in unison with site management, and performing site clean-up and moving materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift in a busy commercial project environment
  • Assist trades on site with tasks such as material handling and site maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with site management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Perform site clean-up and moving materials as required
  • Use power tools competently and safely
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Forklift ticket and white card
  • 12 months construction experience
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Own transport is highly desirable
  • Full PPE and full-time Australian working rights required

What We Offer

  • $35-$38 per hour + super
  • Additional meal allowance (over 9.5 hours on a shift)
  • Additional daily travel allowance ($21.19)
  • Time and a half and double-time rates paid for overtime
  • Weekly pay
