This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full-Time Airport Food and Beverage Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee the management of our food and beverage offerings across 8 retail convenience stores in the Sydney Domestic Airport terminals.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage our Fresh Food and Coffee sub-category, including sandwiches, wraps, yoghurts, snacks, coffee, and bakery products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of presentation and brand standards, managing store areas with attention to detail, and upholding exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Fresh Food and Coffee sub-category, including product selection, inventory management, and display maintenance.">
  • Ensure high levels of presentation and brand standards across all stores.">
  • Manage store areas with attention to detail, ensuring that all spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained.">
  • Uphold exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.">
  • Collaborate with other Store Managers to achieve sales and margin targets.">
  • Manage multiple cost centres, stock transfers, and ordering processes efficiently.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on fresh food and beverages.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.">
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of merchandising at all times.">
  • Experience collaborating with other Store Managers to deliver sales and margin targets.">
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple cost centres, stock transfers, and ordering processes efficiently.">
  • Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.">
