
Medical Technology Expert

We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our medical technology team. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role, where you will support both Trauma and Joint Replacement divisions, working closely with surgeons and theatre teams to ensure safe and effective use of surgical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Support surgical procedures with in-theatre clinical guidance.
- Deliver in-service education and product training to hospital staff.
- Manage stock and case preparation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders.
- Participate in a weekend on-call roster (penalty rates apply).
- Background in nursing, physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering or science.
- Experience in operating theatres or clinical environments highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on-call weekends when required.
- Weekend penalty rates.
- Minimum 3-hour call-out fee applies.
- Full onboarding and training provided (online modules, in-person training in Adelaide, all travel arranged).
