Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of FP&A Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple service streams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in aged care, healthcare, or community services, ideally within a regulated financial environment. A strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in nonprofit or compliance-heavy industries, is essential.

The FP&A Manager will provide timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders. This will involve delivering scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis to support investment and operational decisions.

The position requires a solid understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks relevant to the aged care or health sector.
