The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining and developing customer relationships from an administrative aspect, enhancing the customer experience through efficient service delivery.
This position requires strong communication skills to effectively handle customer enquiries and orders, ensuring services are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Managing customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Processing sales orders and invoices, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborating with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Logging samples and customer complaints, maintaining clear communication on these matters.
- Aligning customer needs with operational capabilities through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in order processing, booking, and monitoring international sea freight.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and adaptability to new systems.
- Research and information gathering skills, including identifying relevant data sources.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, analyzing data and drawing insights.
