Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor project completion to ensure programme, budget, quality, environmental, and contractual obligations are achieved safely.
  2. Review design and construction plans, schedules, temporary works designs, method statements, and job safety analysis.
  3. Effectively assign tasks to project team members to deliver required outputs to agreed specifications.
  4. Monitor KPIs and productivity analysis against programme and budget, and undertake other administrative duties as required.
  5. Mentor Project, Site, and Graduate Engineers.
Requirements:
  1. Civil Engineering Degree.
  2. A minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience delivering buildings and/or rail infrastructure scopes.
  3. Sound knowledge of procurement and management of external suppliers.
  4. Understanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance, and reporting procedures.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills, including accurate report writing.
  6. Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
