About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a store strategy to achieve year-on-year sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze financial targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
  • Ensure effective staffing levels during seasonal peaks and troughs
  • Oversee and manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities
  • Lead by example, providing a great customer experience and demonstrating high sales skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary starting from $110,000 + Super
  • Up to $5,000 per month in commission
