We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our team at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting primary school aged children to grow and develop in a happy and safe environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing nurturing care for children
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
  • Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
